Come and join our vibrant team! We are a large, well-resourced full primary school with a supportive and collaborative staff. Our kura is a Green-Gold Enviroschool and the recipient of the prestigious Blake Award for Environmental Leadership. As a community, we celebrate diversity and value strong relationships with our ākonga and whānau, placing them at the heart of everything we do. Classroom teachers are provided with a wide range of quality professional development and leadership opportunities. They are supported to be the best teacher they can be, both personally and professionally. We are part of Taranaki Mohoao, which further strengthens professional learning opportunities for our teachers. Our board supports teachers who live in New Plymouth with access to the school van to reduce travel costs. Staff who use this service contribute approximately $20 per week. We are looking for someone who can positively complement our school culture.
