Tiny Voices Silverdale, North Auckland, is a stunning early learning center backed by lush New Zealand bush, is seeking an experienced, warm, and dedicated kaiako to join our whānau. Our nursery is a calm, respectful haven designed to support every milestone of early development—from first steps to first discoveries. With seamless indoor-outdoor flow into our peaceful outdoor spaces, our infant program balances gentle routine with natural exploration. Are you the one we're looking for? Experienced and qualified: You hold an ECE qualification with excellent references. Calm and intuitive: You bring a grounded, peaceful energy to the room, capable of working with a team of educators to maintain a harmonious, responsive and respectful environment. Passionate educator: You know how to craft rich sensory experiences, support early motor and language development, and foster curiosity in our youngest children.
