This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference during the most important years of a child’s development while working alongside a supportive team that values relationships, collaboration and continuous growth.We are looking for someone who: Is an experienced ECE teacher with a genuine passion for infants and toddlers. Understands the importance of secure, responsive relationships through a primary caregiving approach. Brings positive energy, enjoys having fun with children and colleagues, and contributes to a warm team culture. Has the confidence to coach, inspire and support fellow teachers through everyday practice. Is reflective, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality care and education. Montessori experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
