The roles Encompass Education Hub is seeking passionate, innovative teachers with experience teaching Yr 7 - 13 to join our team. We provide bespoke, neuro-affirming education for autistic and neurodivergent young people in Years 9–13, combining personalised learning, strong relationships, and meaningful pathways for life beyond school. We welcome applications from teachers with expertise in science, technology, digital technologies, social sciences, the arts, mathematics and numeracy, English and literacy (to NCEA Level 3) . A commitment to teach through cross-curricular, project-based learning is essential. We are looking for: Current New Zealand teacher registration and a practising certificate. Experience with, or a strong commitment to, supporting autistic and neurodivergent learners. Knowledge of and experience in teaching the New Zealand Curriculum and NCEA to Level 3. A collaborative, reflective approach and a passion for making learning meaningful and accessible.
