So what’s on offer? Our curriculum delivery is through specialist teaching so come and use your strengths/skills to teach just one subject - your specialist subject passion, and stress less! The vacant subject positions we have are in: humanities (reading, writing, social studies), math and science. However, if you have another subject you are really passionate about/have a real competence in tell us eg. music/performing arts/hard materials/phys ed or something else! Everything we do is deliberate/has purpose, and learning is relevant to the ‘real world’ within a purposeful curriculum that is structured to be rigorous/stimulating/challenging, and includes time at our rural residential campus. We need individuals who will impact our kids! Teachers who like them! Real people who influence/gain commitment from our kids, whilst employing thoughtful/caring/deliberate and systematic strategies to enable positive action/improvement, resulting in meaningful achievements in their learning/behaviour. The terms/conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the relevant collective agreement. Base salary for trained/registered teachers will range from $61,329 to $103,086, depending on applicant’s qualifications/experience. Individuals’ actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
