Bream Bay College is situated in Ruakākā, Northland. We are a co-educational Year 7-13 school. We are a proud community focused school serving the stunning Bream Bay area. Our school culture reflects the unique history of our region, connecting the first people of our area, Patuharakeke, the first modern immigrants from Scotland and the many other cultures that are now part of the fabric of our region. We are seeking an experienced leader with an established record of positive impact on student outcomes and school culture. The leader needs to be a reliable and effective contributor to the senior leadership team. The portfolio areas focus on school operations, human resources and communications and require high levels of organisation, effective communication and the ability to lead school wide improvement. We require a commitment to our bicultural vision for education and a focus on strong whānau and community connections. We are focused on delivering high quality teaching and learning through professional collaboration and high expectations.
