About the role
We are currently seeking applications for a permanent, full-time primary teacher to join our incredible team. As a primary teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports primary school students realise their potential. Key responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for primary students. Support children's successful transition into school through nurturing and responsive teaching practices. Develop strong foundations in early literacy, numeracy, and inquiry-based learning. Differentiate learning programmes to meet individual student needs, strengths, and interests. Monitor, assess, and report on student progress to inform next steps in learning. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that promotes wellbeing and belonging. Foster confidence, independence, positive behaviour, and social development in young learners. Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers to support student learning and wellbeing. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to Junior School initiatives and professional learning.
