Alternative Education Class Teacher

We are looking for a self-motivated registered classroom teacher with experience in working with rangatahi Māori and their whanau for the role of Alternative Education Classroom teacher. You will provide an educational experience for students who need support with regular school structures and systems and you will be working with the students to re-engage in meaningful learning programmes targeted to their individual needs and support them to transition back into regular school classes, further education, training or employment. This position would be full time, Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4:15pm , usual school hours.
