About the role

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a community-based centre, where the key focus is providing the best place possible experience for our tamariki, allowing them to grow and thrive. About us North Haven Childcare & Education Centre is based in the heart of Timaru and is a not-for-profit community ECE with a licence for 50 tamariki aged between 3 months and 5 years old. We are governed by a supportive Committee and Trust Board. Alongside other benefits we have full pay parity and a 2-week closedown over Christmas. About the role This position is the lead oversight requiring experience in the ECE curriculum, health and safety, financial and HR management. You will have experience in building relationships and be able to develop and grow a team of incredible teachers while both motivating and inspiring them.
