Science Teacher

About us Woodford House, a leading special character, state-integrated, boarding and day school for Year 7 - 13 girls, in Hawke's Bay is seeking to appoint a permanent, full-time science teacher to join our passionate and enthusiastic team. We nurture each girl who walks through our doors so that her light shines through and shines brighter. About the role We are looking to appoint a teacher of science. This role may teach at all levels, inspiring both our junior and senior science students. Our newly renovated and modernised science centre is a dream working environment for a forward-thinking and dynamic science teacher. This role would suit a beginner or experienced teacher. The position is to commence Term 1, 2027. About you: Registration with the Teaching Council of New Zealand, or ability to obtain it, A relevant teaching or other qualification, The ability to teach science, please state any senior science specialist subjects The ability to promote exceptional education in a blended learning environment, A willingness to meet our future-focused learning goals,High level communication and interpersonal skills, and A commitment to our school’s special character.
