Team Leader

We are looking for a leader who: Is an outstanding classroom practitioner who uses assessment for learning to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. Has proven leadership capabilities and a deep commitment to equitable outcomes for all learners. Is passionate about building strong relationships with whānau and tamariki. Demonstrates culturally responsive pedagogy in practice. Brings energy and expertise to a leadership role, with the ability to coach, mentor, and grow others. Is a collaborative team player. May have experience and/or a strong interest in leading schoolwide initiatives in culture (e.g. kapa haka, Pasifika groups, cultural events, technology and/or sport).
