Teacher

Montessori education 11-18 year olds Very small group approx 15 students Curriculum support may be required, but largely the role is pastoral care. All students are on individual education plans, which they operate independently in a learning rich environment. Students study a variety of subjects, at a range of levels. Staff are in supervision and guidance role. No classroom teaching, no preparation, no marking, no assignment setting or report writing. Up to 2 days a week (Principal release), and relief teacher as required. Primary or secondary teacher, good relationships with teenagers. Montessori interest / qualification / experience preferred but not essential, training provided.
