Drive purposeful learning design and improvement through evidence-informed planning, assessment, data and professional inquiry. Champion equity and wellbeing, ensuring every learner is supported to succeed while honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi and building strong relationships with students, whānau and colleagues. Be part of a student-centred leadership team that makes purposeful, collective decisions focused on what matters most — the learning, wellbeing and success of every student.
