We are seek a highly effective team leader who will: Bring energy and expertise to a leadership role, with the ability to coach, mentor, and grow others. Lead high-quality teaching and learning by modelling effective pedagogy, Science of Learning practices, and collaborative professional learning. Drive purposeful learning design and improvement through evidence-informed planning, assessment, data and professional inquiry. Champion equity and wellbeing, ensuring every learner is supported to succeed while honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi and building strong relationships with students, whānau and colleagues.
