Food Technology Teacher

Aquinas College is a high-performing, co-educational, state-integrated Catholic College for Years 7–13, situated in Tauranga. We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Teacher of Food Technology to join our well-resourced Technology Faculty. The successful applicant will deliver engaging practical and theory-based learning, developing students’ skills and knowledge across food design, nutrition and food science. The ability to teach across a range of year levels is necessary. A strong commitment to creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment is important. We are looking for a teacher who builds strong relationships with students, works collaboratively with colleagues to develop programmes of work and contributes positively to the wider life of the college. Support for the Catholic special character of the college is expected.
