Head of Learning Area - Middle School

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a permanent full time Head of Learning Area in our Middle School (Years 7-10), based on our Senior Campus starting 28 January 2027. Located on the Hibiscus Coast of Auckland, KingsWay is a high achieving, growing, state-integrated Christian school catering for Year 1-13 students, with a current roll of over 2,000 students. Our staff are supportive and collaborative, and our work is inspired by love/aroha, heartened by faith/whakapono in Jesus Christ, and motivated by gospel hope/tūmanako. Key responsibilities of this 2SU role include: Pedagogical and teacher practice oversight (assessment, planning, student data, etc.) Ensure ongoing collaboration across teams Pastoral care for staff and students in team, incl.
