About the role
Cullinane College is a Year 9-13 State Integrated Catholic school, Years 9–13, seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, innovative, and forward-thinking educator to lead our food technology programme. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator with a passion for student achievement and school-wide improvement Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who: Has the capabilities to maintain programmes and activities that reflect and support the Special Character of the school. Will oversee the delivery of rich, practical, and engaging learning experiences across Years 9 to 13, including NCEA Levels 1–3 assessment. Be competent in providing Year 7-8 food technology classes to our Catholic intermediate schools. Lead curriculum design, assessment, and resource management within the Food Technology area. Maintain high health, safety, and hygiene standards in commercial and teaching kitchen facilities. Support student pathways into hospitality, food science, and nutrition industries. Proven experience teaching NCEA Food Technology and/or Hospitality. Recent graduates and new teachers will be seriously considered.
