Since opening in 2017, we are at an exciting turning-point in our change journey as we celebrate 10 years and commit more than ever to our mission to “ guarantee every learner engages in innovative, personalised, world-class learning.” Ormiston Junior College is a rapidly growing, richly diverse mix of 1550 learners across Year 7–10 with a predicted roll of 1850+ over the next 2-3 years. Our staff of 150 is an incredible mix of educators and support staff from both secondary and primary backgrounds and experiences, spanning all fields of knowledge, wide-ranging industry and expertise. Applicants should make the time to visit, meet the team, meet some learners, and experience our spaces in action as this will give you an insight as to how the school operates, how we are implementing curriculum and assessment, and what opportunities exist for leadership here.
