Mairehau High School is seeking an exceptional tumuaki/principal to guide our waka into a bright future. Grounded in our powerful kaupapa, you will lead a group of kaimahi dedicated to walking alongside ākonga through their five-year journey of academic and personal growth. As our leader, you will embody and protect our core WAKA values—Wero (Challenge), Angitu (Achievement), Kawenga (Responsibility), and Aroha (Empathy)—ensuring a culturally responsive, inclusive environment where every learner feels safe, respected, and valued.
