Head of Faculty English & Media Studies

Christ’s College is seeking an experienced and inspiring educator to lead our English & Media Studies Department while providing strategic leadership and oversight across the wider faculty starting 2027. This role combines outstanding classroom practice with responsibility for curriculum leadership, staff development, academic achievement and the continued growth of Media Studies. As Head of Faculty, the successful applicant will support the English and Media Department, promote consistency and collaboration across the faculty, and help align teaching and learning with the College’s strategic priorities.
