Learning Support Coordinator

Target Road School is an inclusive, multicultural school whose whānau celebrate our sense of whakawhanaungatanga and our kind dedicated kaimahi. We are now looking to employ an experienced SENCO or LSC to join our kura in 2027. We are looking for someone who is able to: Work collaboratively with whānau, tamariki, kaiako, our leadership team and outside agencies. Manage complex situations with empathy and kindness. Further develop strong systems of record keeping and support. Organise time efficiently. Be solutions focussed. But over all be passionate about ensuring every tamaiti feels included and can succeed.
