Deputy Principal

Vardon School is a vibrant learning community of 360 students, dedicated to fostering respect, kindness, and a passion for learning. Situated along Hamilton’s scenic Waikato River, our kura celebrates diversity, with an identity deeply rooted in the legacy of Hotumauea (Ngāti Wairere and Tainui). Our 16 modern classrooms offer an environment where educators nurture unique potential, supported by holistic opportunities including a bike track, native gardens, sports and kapa haka. The opportunity We seek an innovative, collaborative leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. Working alongside the principal and a fellow deputy principal, you will steer our kura toward excellence, creating optimal learning conditions for our tamariki. This role includes 3 permanent and 2 fixed-term units, with a regular teaching release of 0.2 per week.
