Our multicultural and diverse school is looking for two innovative teachers to join our kura. We have vacancies in our English-Medium classrooms, Year 3-4 and year 5-6. You will be working alongside a fantastic team of teachers. Our staff are friendly, supportive and have a great sense of fun. We look after each other and are driven by our values of Whānau Whānui, Manaakitanga and Manawanui. The successful applicants will have strong pedagogical practice grounded in sustainable cultural relationships and have strengths in working with neuro-diversity. They will be energetic team players with strong NZ curriculum knowledge and a passion to see tamariki succeed. They will be able to work collaboratively with a dynamic group of teachers, be flexible, organised and open-minded. Strong communication skills and strengths to build solid relationships with students and whānau alike are a must, along with a willingness to involve themselves in the varied activities our school has to offer. A knowledge of BSLA is helpful. We are looking for someone who can continue building our beautiful tamariki into the wonderful people we know they are and will become.
