Preschool Team Leader

We're seeking a certificated early childhood teacher ready to take the next step in their career and lead our Kōwhai and Pōhutukawa teams. Our purpose-built centre features spacious indoor learning environments and expansive outdoor spaces that encourage exploration, discovery, and growth. Supported by a collaborative and experienced teaching team, you'll help deliver engaging learning experiences that inspire tamariki to thrive. As team leader, you'll guide teaching practice, mentor and develop teachers, and foster a positive team culture. In our vibrant Pōhutukawa room, you'll support older tamariki as they build confidence through imaginative play, collaboration, problem-solving, and child-led learning experiences that prepare them for their next stage of education.
