Position commences January 2027 Our Learning Support Coordinator is retiring after several years in the role. We are seeking someone who holds current New Zealand teacher registration, and can build on the great work done, continuing to move our Learning Support programmes forward. Key responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating a comprehensive portfolio of learning support, including ESOL Supporting and overseeing staff working with particular students, groups or programmes Liaising with external agencies regarding support, resourcing and PLD Working with class teachers to optimise planning, implementation of programmes, assessment and outcomes The successful applicant will have: a background in working with students requiring support. a positive, solutions-focused approach a strong ability to build systems, while also being able to manage multiple cases and respond quickly in certain circumstances. excellent communication skills and ability to relate well to adults (staff, parents, agencies). some school leadership experience.
