Scale A Position (Years 7–8)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and collaborative NZ registered educator to join our Senior School team (Years 7–8) for a fixed-term position for 2027. Our Year 7/8 learners are leaders in our school, and we need a teacher who inspires confidence, independence, and agency as students prepare for their transition to high school. Key focus areas and passions we are looking for: Digital tech and media integration: you bring strength or interest in digital technologies and media literacy, using tech creatively to enhance modern learning skills. Fostering student leadership: you are dedicated to empowering our senior students, helping them develop strong leadership capabilities, agency, and pride in their school community. Strong pedagogical practice: you build warm, positive relationships with students and whānau, and deliver high-quality, differentiated learning in a collaborative environment. Collaborative mindset: committed to working and teaching in a collaborative environment that lifts outcomes for both students and staff.
