About the role
Gladstone School is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Year 7 teacher to join our exceptional team of Ōnoke for Term One to mid Term Three (2027), covering maternity leave.

As a teacher in Ōnoke, you will:
inspire and engage students in meaningful learning experiences support the diverse needs of learners, ensuring all tamariki can succeed build strong relationships with students, whānau, and colleagues. Contribute to curriculum design, student leadership opportunities, and positive behaviour strategies work collaboratively with the Ōnoke team and wider staff to achieve our school vision.
What we are looking for
A passionate, reflective, and relational teacher. Strong pedagogical knowledge with the ability to help support learners beginning their journey to school Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and promoting Te Ao Māori in education. Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
