We are seeking a teacher to join our kura in a permanent position from the start of 2027. As this is a Special Character position, a willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the special character of the College is a condition of employment. Catholic Cathedral College is a special character, co-educational College with over 635 students from Year 7 to Year 13, centrally located on the historic site where Catholicism in Christchurch began, and is immediately adjacent to the original site of the Catholic Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament on Barbadoes Street. We're looking for: a specialist music teacher, with the ability to teach Junior and Senior Music to Year 13 a teacher of Pacific Studies and Tourism demonstrated experience in assessment of Dance standards, with a focus on Performing Arts.
