We provide personalised learning programmes from early childhood to NCEA Level 3. Our ākonga are at the centre of all we do. Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position We are looking for a creative, innovative kaiako (teacher) who’s a subject expert in Years 1 to 10 to join our team in our Christchurch tari (office) Kaiako at Te Kura engage with our ākonga online and face-to-face at huinga ako (advisories) and events and work onsite with colleagues in our regional offices. Te Kura aims to provide flexible working arrangements, so kaiako can request work from home for up to2 days per week. Ko koe tēnei | About you It is essential that you have a sound knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum and assessment requirements and are willing to learn, innovate, work collaboratively and build effective relationships. You'll be future orientated and understand how the use of technology, together with your enthusiasm, vision and commitment improves education outcomes for all our students, Māori and Pacific learners in particular.
