Qualified & Registered Nursery Kaiako (Under 2s) – Permanent Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our warm and supportive teaching team in our Nursery. We are seeking a qualified and registered Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about working with infants and toddlers. If you bring initiative, a strong work ethic and a love for the environment, this could be the perfect role for you. We are a well-established family owned and operated preschool with core values of Whanaungatanga, Mānakitanga and Ako. Our kaiako share a positive team culture who are supportive, dynamic and fun. We enjoy our natural playground and connect with our whanau and community through excursions and events. The successful applicant will have: the ability to work 35-40 hours per week over 4-5 days have a current practising certificate from the New Zealand Teaching Council the ability to plan and document children’s learning have great communication skills and a sense of fun a passion for sustainability - we are part of the Enviroschools programme.
