About you We are looking for a teacher who is: ECE qualified and holds a current practising certificate passionate about children and early childhood education warm, caring, enthusiastic and relationship-focused a strong communicator and team player creative, flexible and willing to take initiative committed to Te Whāriki and quality teaching practice enthusiastic about outdoor and nature-based learning. What you’ll do Create engaging, inclusive and meaningful learning experiences. Build positive relationships with children and whānau. Support children’s learning through play and exploration. Contribute to planning, assessment and reflective practice. Work collaboratively with our teaching team. Make the most of our natural outdoor environment as an extension of the learning space.
