Grow Active Balfour Tce is looking for a qualified and registered Team Leader to join our 3-school age, Room 4. We foster strong, reciprocal relationships with families, holding manaakitanga and whanaungatanga as lead parts of our centre philosophy. Our room 4 kaiako aim to have children school ready by providing teacher lead group times with smaller groups of tamariki, to foster growth and encourage individual goal achievements.
