Learning Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative and student-focused Learning Support Coordinator (LSC) to join our team in 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher who has a strong understanding of inclusive education and trauma informed practice. Our LSC will ensure all learners are supported to participate, progress and experience success. We are looking for an educator who: has a sound knowledge of effective, evidence-based learning support practices; can build staff capability through coaching, modelling and professional learning; uses assessment and other relevant data to inform interventions and support; can effectively coordinate targeted interventions and support for learners with additional needs; builds strong, respectful relationships with students, staff and whānau; works effectively with the Ministry of Education, RTLB and other specialist agencies; demonstrates culturally responsive practice and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi is able to manage complex situations with empathy and kindness.
