Year 7 and 8 Intermediate Teacher

Queen Elizabeth College is seeking an enthusiastic and committed New Zealand-certified teacher to join our Year 7 and 8 Intermediate team. The successful applicant will be part of a collaborative and supportive team committed to improving ākonga achievement. We are looking for someone who can create a positive, well-structured classroom where ākonga are supported and engaged in their learning. They will have strong knowledge of the curriculum in structured literacy and mathematics, use effective assessment practices, build positive relationships with ākonga and whānau, and be keen to contribute to the wider life of the school. A management unit may be available to interested applicants, but it is not a requirement of the position. The position commences Term 1 2027. Only NZ citizens and permanent residents apply
