About the role
We are seeking an experienced RTLB or highly skilled experienced SENCo/ LSC who is passionate about inclusive education, has proven leadership experience supporting teachers, as well as supporting ākonga with diverse learning needs in inclusive environments. RTLB qualifications and experience are highly desirable for this fixed-term position to cover a period of study leave. The successful applicant will work with a strengths-based approach to support the kaupapa that every single ākonga has the right to quality education and can succeed. RTLB have strong interpersonal skills and can work in partnership effectively with other professionals in high pressure environments. They are enthusiastic, team-orientated kaiako who can work independently with efficiency, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
