We are seeking reflective and adaptable practitioners to join our team, working with diverse groups of students (ages 5–21) with complex learning needs. About you You have proven experience in a New Zealand classroom, strong relational pedagogy, and the professional maturity to handle complex needs with grace. You enjoy the puzzle of "how does this child learn best?" and you’re ready to grow alongside a team. A sense of humour, patience, and compassion are vital. Strategic direction and growth We need educators who actively align their practice with our school direction. In 2027, our staff are embarking on extensive PLD around Russell Bishop’s Teaching to the North East . We want a teacher ready to commit to this relational, high-expectations journey alongside us.
