What we are looking for Proven experience: Successful experience teaching in the junior area (NE–Y3) with a deep understanding of the early primary years. Pedagogical strengths: Proven expertise or a strong commitment to Structured Literacy and/or Music is highly desirable. Exceptional organisation: Outstanding organisational skills to manage a dynamic schedule. Collaborative approach: A genuine team player who brings positive energy, flexibility, and a heart for community.
