Resource Teacher: Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) Are you an educator passionate about removing barriers to learning and helping every student thrive? We are seeking a skilled, collaborative NZ-registered teacher (primary or secondary) with a strong commitment to culturally responsive practice to join our dedicated RTLB team. As an RTLB, you will work alongside teachers, school leaders, parents, and whānau to build inclusive learning environments. You’ll bring strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the NZ Curriculum, and a proven ability to work constructively within multidisciplinary teams. A full driver's licence and own vehicle are required.Successful candidates will have either completed the RTLB training or will hold a degree to meet the entry requirements to enrol in Massey’s Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Teaching.
