About you We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable qualified kaiako who is comfortable working across different age groups. You will contribute to an inspiring, inclusive, and positive environment while developing trusting relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues. You will bring A recognised early childhood education qualification. Current New Zealand teacher registration and a practising certificate. Sound knowledge of Te Whāriki and experience creating meaningful, learner-focused experiences. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A commitment to bicultural practice, cultural inclusivity, and continuous professional growth. A passion for creating deep connections and high-quality learning environments. New Zealand citizenship or a New Zealand resident visa. Applicants requiring employer-sponsored work visas will not be considered.
