About the role
Tauranga Girls' College is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and future-focused food technology educator to join our well-resourced technology learning area. We are a vibrant, inclusive PB4L and Restorative school committed to empowering learners to impact the world positively. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons across food design, food science, and nutrition. Teach across multiple year levels, with a strong emphasis on senior food technology. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment with high standards of food safety. Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen programs, innovate, and contribute to wider school culture. Requirements Current NZ Teaching Council practicing certificate. Ability to build strong relationships and foster student creativity and problem-solving. Open to both experienced and beginning teachers.
