PE and Health Kaiako– Sport and Physical Education Focus

We are looking for an energetic, creative and forward-thinking PE & Health teacher to join our kura in January 2027. The role will require teaching across the full PE and Health curriculum. This position will have the opportunity to take the lead in developing the Sport and Physical Education aspects of the programme (1 MU). We are looking for someone who can think beyond the traditional school PE model. Our kura has limited space and no indoor gymnasium, so we need a teacher who sees opportunities rather than barriers — someone who can build relationships with local recreation centres, sporting organisations, clubs and community providers and create exciting opportunities for our students.
