Full-time Kaiako

Learning Curves Montessori is looking for a passionate and nurturing Kaiako to join our team in a full-time position. The position is at our Nursery in St Albans; a beautiful old villa, created and licensed for just 18 0- to 2-year-olds. Our Nursery is a calm, nurturing environment where strong, respectful relationships are at the heart of everything we do. The room practices primary caregiving and follows the RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers) approach, supporting our infants to develop at their own pace through respectful, responsive and unhurried care. We are looking for a kaiako who: is warm, nurturing and genuinely passionate about working with infants values strong, secure relationships with tamariki and whānau understands, or is interested in developing their knowledge of, primary caregiving and RIE values respectful and responsive care practices is a positive and supportive team member is reliable, professional and communicates well.
