Art Teacher - Visual Arts

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced art teacher with experience teaching Cambridge International curriculum. The successful candidate can be a primary or secondary art teacher with visual arts experience, with a focus on fostering creativity and artistic confidence within a thriving school community. The successful applicant will enjoy working as a part of a supportive team, have experience in teaching visual arts and be willing to contribute and embrace the life of our school. The position will commence in January 2027. This is a permanent, part-time (0.5) position. Key responsibilities: Deliver engaging and inspiring art lessons that promote creativity, achievement, and a love of learning. Differentiate teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students. Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to support growth. Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Effectively integrate technology into teaching and learning programmes. Contribute to co-curricular activities, school events, and the wider school community while ensuring student wellbeing and safety. Collaborate with colleagues, share best practice, and engage in ongoing professional development.
