The school has a stable roll of 50 students and a principal salary scale equivalent to a U3 school Key responsibilities Faith: Set a welcoming standard where Catholic values are actively lived. Strengthen relationships across the school community and the wider parish. Educational Excellence: Drive student progress with expertise in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and inclusive practices. Cultivate future-focused opportunities in sport, arts, culture, STEM, service, and leadership. Collaborative Leadership: Grow staff capability and provide hands-on support (including facilitating classroom release time). Value student, parent, and staff voice to lead transformational change. About You You are a flexible, warm, visible leader with proven senior management experience. Grounded in care and with a sense of fun, you are regularly present in classrooms and around the school. Your excellent communication skills allow you to build strong relationships and inspire our highly valued team.
