About the role
Join our beautiful learning community! At Tiny Voices Herne Bay, we believe that tiny things make a big difference! We are a welcoming early learning community in Auckland, providing a nurturing, inspiring environment for children aged 2–5 years. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we see children as capable, curious learners and value meaningful relationships, child-led exploration, creativity, and the environment as the third teacher. We are looking for a passionate, qualified ECE teacher to join our lovely team! We would love to hear from you if you: Hold a recognised ECE qualification and current New Zealand teacher certification. Have a sound understanding of Te Whāriki. Build respectful relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues. Value children's agency, curiosity, and creativity. Enjoy documenting and extending children's learning through intentional teaching. Are a reflective, collaborative team player who is passionate about professional growth. Experience with the Reggio Emilia approach would be highly valued. We welcome both experienced and beginning teachers who are eager to learn, share ideas, and make a difference. At Tiny Voices, we believe that nurturing relationships and creating meaningful learning experiences help tiny moments grow into big things. If you are looking for a supportive environment where your ideas are valued and your contribution matters, we would love to hear from you! Applicants must hold New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.
