U5. Team Leader/Scale A Classroom Teacher

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive, energetic, experienced classroom teacher and aspirational leader to join our school leadership team. The position commences in Term 1, 2027. About you Strong relationships: You possess exceptional relational skills and the ability to connect effectively with staff, tamariki, and their whānau across the school. Excellence in teaching: You have demonstrated experience delivering quality teaching and learning programmes that align with our school curriculum and values. Passionate and resilient: You are passionate about education, dynamic, strengths-focused, and respond positively to challenge. Key details Leadership and flexibility: The initial team led in 2027 is negotiable. However, applicants must be willing to teach and lead anywhere across Years 1–6 in subsequent years as school organisation requires. Remuneration and support: This position attracts 2 management units and weekly release time, offering an excellent opportunity to work as part of a supportive, professional, and caring team.
