Scale A Kaiako

The small school with a big heart. We’re the small kura on the hill with a tight knit community and a team that backs each other! We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic teacher who loves kids, loves learning and is ready to share their passions and talents. In 2027, you could be teaching anywhere from Year 0–4, with the year level negotiable for the right person. Passionate about New Entrants? Love junior teaching? Or are Years 3 and 4 where you shine? We’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for someone who builds strong relationships, brings creativity and curiosity to their teaching, has high expectations for every learner and is committed to culturally responsive practice and honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Bring your ideas, your energy and your love of learning. We’ll find the right fit together. Curious? Come meet us! Book a school visit, meet our team and see what makes Rewa Rewa special. Small school. Big heart. Could you be our next great fit?
