Based in the Wairarapa and/or Upper Hutt current curriculum knowledge and experience in high impact teaching practices strong interpersonal skills and a professional work ethic. the ability to facilitate change in school systems an understanding of how to support learners with additional needs, including those with behaviour challenges knowledge of culturally affirming practices a full driver's licence and vehicle is essential. untrained RTLB are eligible to study at a postgraduate level for the mandatory qualification.
