Inspire, support and grow others through positive, effective leadership. Lead high-quality teaching and learning, particularly in literacy and mathematics. Thrive in a collaborative teaching and learning environment. Champion te reo Māori, tikanga Māori and our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
