Senior School Team Leader

We are seeking an outstanding, energetic, lead teacher to join our team here at Waikanae School in Term 1 2027. The person we are looking for will: be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team, leading student centred, quality teaching and learning programmes, supporting our strategic direction and vision be able to provide effective and dynamic professional leadership and learning for staff, co-ordinating a professional growth cycle build and maintain excellent relationships with all, and have excellent communication skills be a strong collaborator and team leader, following our school values demonstrate commitment to te ao Māori and celebrate diversity contribute to a positive and inclusive culture; assisting with pastoral care and behaviour management. This position is in our senior syndicate. You will have classroom responsibilities with a release component to support your leadership role.
