Our strategic priorities Our kura is focused on providing a rich and effective learning environment. We are seeking a teacher who can contribute to our strategic priorities: Structured literacy development: A systematic and explicit approach to teaching reading and writing. Mathematics: Using the 'Maths No Problem' framework to build deep conceptual understanding. Cultural responsiveness: Honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi and embedding culturally sustaining practices. Mitey school: We are implementing the Sir John Kirwin foundation Mitey programme from 2027. Wellbeing: A genuine commitment to the wellbeing of both our students and staff. Why Arrowtown School?
